Spheres and circles are the most typical shapes for us humans. Light also radiates from the light source in a spherical shape. And in the case of the KNAP BALL, the embossed prisms in the glass guide it evenly out of the glass sphere in various directions. A subtle interplay of light, refraction and reflection - the glass shade thus provides softer and more diffuse light. Only through the circular opening at the bottom does the pendant light fully and clearly illuminate the floor or table top below.
A great lamp for living rooms or restaurants with a retro-chic waffle pattern.
