The elliptical EXTRA pendant light was designed by Mario Mengotti for Prandina in 1994. The luminaire design is timelessly modern. The high-quality glass pendant light is characterized by fine materials, excellent workmanship and a sophisticated design. This type of pendant luminaire is ideal for illuminating rooms in style and creating a decorative highlight at the same time. The light can be used in different ways depending on the version. Without mirrored upper glass, the luminaire provides ambient light on all sides, with a small spotlight on the underside. The version with mirrored glass concentrates the light more downwards. The Pyrex glass is heat-resistant and protects the hand-blown diffuser.
