Young design studio for sustainable and straightforward design in the Scandinavian tradition. The lighting and furniture company was founded in Lübeck in 2012 by Julia Mülling and Niklas Jessen, who are also personally responsible for most of the designs. The lamp models borrow from Danish luminaire design - but in the design process, the aim is to rethink, repurpose and experiment in order to preserve natural ideas. The central material is wood, which is assembled into filigree shades in organic shapes and emits warm light. For the EIKON pendant light series, on the other hand, beautifully shaped, certified wood serves as a suspension for elegant metal shades in flattering colors. The EIKON pendant lights consist of a turned wooden head, certified ash, oak or walnut, and a metal shade that is simply attached using magnets. The lampshades and textile cables are available in different colors. Thanks to the removable, interchangeable lampshades, the lamp can be installed in all types of rooms and living areas. The modular and flexible system can therefore help to rearrange a room again and again, depending on taste and requirements.
The lampshade can be changed with just a small handle and a different color or shape can be mounted on the wooden fixture. The lamp also offers a high degree of variability for larger rooms, such as retail spaces and hotels, as different colors and shapes can be easily exchanged and combined.
